For the inciting incident, Helen Corning and her Aunt Rosemary visit Nancy Drew to request help with a haunted house.
Nancy Drew and Helen Corning drive to Miss Flora's haunted house to investigate.
In the evening one night, the chandelier begins to move. This scene shows the rising stakes in the plot.
A policeman catches a man nearby the haunted house and brings him to the women. This ultimately is a false victory as he is not the culprit.
During the climax of the book, Nancy Drew falls down a secret passageway that was hidden in a closet in Miss Flora's bedroom.
During the denouement, Nancy Drew finds the culprit in the tunnel, and he is arrested by the police.
Prior to creating the scenes, I drew various facial expressions for Nancy Drew.
This is an exploration for what Nancy looks like from each angle.
For this character sheet, I explored the expressions and poses for Helen Corning, Aunt Rosemary, and Miss Flora.
