Lamarr (with her friend George Antheil) invented a radio guidance system that blocked the threat of jamming by the Axis powers during WWII. This technology later contributed to the development of Bluetooth and WiFi. She also acted in 30 films throughout her career, most notably for Samson and Delilah.

She (and her husband) worked on creating a more human approach to time management and work efficiency. Together they ran a business, Gilbreth, Inc. In addition, Gilbreth invented many tools to make housework easier such as the trash can foot pedal and refrigerator shelves.

ORDERING PROCESS
Select how many people and pets you’d like in the illustration.
Choose which font you’d like to use for your text (if you’d like text included). You can find the font options in the photos.
Decide if you’d like the background to be white or one you’ll provide.

Send me an email at nordcreates@gmail.com with your photo(s) to draw from, the text you’d like me to include, and any other specifications you might have.
I will email you back a sketch to get your approval. Once approved, I will start working on the final piece! Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom pieces.

When will my order ship?
All shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the product. I pack and ship everything from Plano, TX. Most orders will be shipped within 2-4 days from the order date.
Can I make a return?
Yes. I accept returns in NEW condition within 30 days of the delivered date.
I’m an art educator by day and illustrator/artist by night. I have a BFA in Art Education (schools) and a MA in Art Education (museums). I currently teach 11th and 12th grade art.
I first because interested in art because I found it to be a rewarding challenge, and illustration because I enjoy stories. I’ve created a lovely studio in my home where I work primarily with gouache, watercolors, acrylics, and digital technology.
I spend as much time as possible in my studio with my two cats, reading books about art, and practicing yoga.
Looking for a muse? Ada Lovelace was a mathematician and the first computer programmer. She believed in “poetical science” which came from her belief that technology and society should be collaborative.
